The cool roofing solution

The cool roofing solution

A proven technology, a professional application, a measurable result.

The cool roofing solution

How does it work?

A dark roof absorbs up to 90% of solar radiation. That energy turns into heat, which then enters the building.

The cool roofing coating reverses this. Its high solar-reflectance formulation sends most of the radiation back, while its thermal emissivity releases residual heat.

The result: your roof stays close to ambient temperature, even under direct sun.

Technical composition

A coating built for performance and longevity

Coolaris applies exclusively the cool roofing paint from Mon Toit Frais, a French manufacturer renowned for the excellence of its formulation. A coating at the top of the market: ultra-high-reflectance pigments, durable technical binders, and anti-UV additives that preserve performance over time.

Anti-UV and anti-soiling additives

Reflective performance preserved over time.

Multi-layer application

Layered system ensuring thickness and homogeneity.

Technical advantages

Why cool roofing is becoming standard

Energy performance

Direct reduction of thermal load on the building and the cooling system.

Indoor comfort

More stable temperatures, fewer peaks, better environmental quality.

Roof protection

Fewer thermal cycles, longer lifespan for the waterproofing layer.

Non-intrusive solution

No structural overload, application possible on an occupied site.

Reversible and serviceable

The system can be locally retouched or refurbished if needed.

Environmental commitment

Direct reduction of cooling-related emissions.

Before / after

What changes in practice

Criterion Standard dark roof Coolaris-treated roof

Surface temperature (summer) 70 to 85°C Close to ambient
Indoor temperature Baseline Up to -6°C
Cooling consumption Baseline Up to -40%
Waterproofing lifespan Stressed Preserved
